This apartment complex had water flooding into the basement.
Partly from a broken sewer drain, partly from water running along the damaged foundation when it rained.
The sewer drain was dug up and repaired.
The 8 foot basement was dug down to the footer and repaired where the footer met the foundation.
Rock was hauled in, and foundation drains were installed to carry the rain water away.
